Gangapur Dattatreya Temple is situated in Deval Ghangaapur that is around 22 km from the ‘Gangapur Road’ in Karnataka. It is a very holy place in India. The shrine at Gangapur is in the middle of the process of assuming the form of a temple. The temple is located at the hilltop, and the idol has three heads of the Trinity Hindu gods: Maheshwara, Vishnu and Brahma.

Hrudaya Poorvaka Swagath to the Sri Guru Dattatreya Kshetra Ganagapur. It is a place which is connected to the Sri Nrusimha Saraswathy Swamy, the 2nd incarnation of Lord Dattatreya. It is a powerful “Da rshaneeya Kshetra.” It stands on the banks of the river Bhima in the Afzalpur Taluka in Gulbarga district of Andhra Pradesh.
The meeting point of the Amaraja and Bhima river is considered to be extremely holy. Whosoever takes a bath in this sacred river will be from their sins, and all their wishes will be fulfilled.
Ganagpur and go around the village for ‘Biksha’ at 12:00 noon evert that night is real even today. Providing the “Madhukar” to the people at the Ganagpur and taking the Biksha from more than five people are having very important at this holy place.
