Mypadu Beach has located about 25 km from Nellore. It is one of the major beaches on the west coast of Bay of Bengal and a must visit for anyone traveling to Nellore.

AP tourism also operates a hotel called Haritha, which is within the budget and also provides a sea view. Cleanliness and courteous staff at the hotel are a plus point.
Since this hotel is almost always booked, you should pre-book well in advance.
After a refreshing time at the beach, tourists can also visit nearby temples such as Penchalakona Temple, Venkatagiri Fort, Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple, Kandaleru Dam. The tourism department is also reportedly developing temple complex in the beach for god loving tourists.
By Railways: Once you reach Nellore railway station, you can take a cab or bus to Mypadu beach. The Distance from Nellore railway station to Mypadu beach is 23Kms
By Bus: Once you reach Nellore Bus stand, then the distance from bus stand to Mypadu beach is 28Kms, you can hire a cab or bus.
You can take a bus or train to Nellore from cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, etc. Chennai is 173 km from Nellore, Hyderabad is 450 km from Nellore and Bangalore is 380 km from Nellore.
