The Trichendur Murugan Temple in the Tuticorin district of Tamil Nadu is an ancient Hindu temple and a famous spot for pilgrimage tour. The temple is dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is also known by the name of second Arupadai Veedu of Lord Muruga. As per puranas, Jayanthipuram was the historical name of the temple.
